1000 tons of milk per day via qualified personnel at modern facilities having
Enka Süt strictly adheres to principal of natural food for its product and all stages of production is supervised by food engineers and milk technologist starting from collection of milk and no additive is used.
Vitamins and minerals found with nature of fresh milk are protected by pasteurization process performed in accordance with international norms and the milk is treated into end product at production facilities equipped by state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to this awareness, milk and diary products, which should be consumed by all age groups for adequate and balanced nutrition, are produced by Enka Süt, should nutritional values and substances are protected.
Using world class technology throughout manufacturing processes, Enka Süt manufactures all products at facilities ensuring hygienic infrastructure, according to HACCP norms and within context of established cleanliness and disinfection procedures under healthy conditions without human touch and it also keeps each critical point under control in order to avoid dangers.
A comprehensive R & D department was established in order to monitor frequent advances in increasingly developing milk sector closely and to direct new product development studies.
Always strictly attached to the target to produce healthy and tasteful products, Enka Süt has ISO and HACCP quality system documents. Strictly attached to product quality, Enka Süt defined institutional Quality Policy as “take care human and environment health, to produce delicious products, to ensure consumer satisfaction, to improve continuously’’.
